From first jab
to first fight.
Programs for kids, teens, and adults. Whether your athlete wants to compete or just learn the sport, there's a place for them at DogHouse.
First day at the gym.
New families have questions. Here's what a first day actually looks like — and what to bring.
Show up a little early
Get there 10–15 minutes before class so we can get to know your kid, walk you through the gym, and get them gloved up.
What to wear
Athletic clothes they can move in. Sneakers (no boots, no flip-flops). Hair tied back if it's long.
What we provide
Gloves, hand wraps, and bag access for new athletes. As they progress, we'll talk about getting their own gear.
How class runs
Warm-up, footwork drills, technique work on the bags or pads, and conditioning. Everyone goes at their level. No one gets thrown into sparring on day one.
Parents are welcome
Stay and watch. We'd rather you see exactly what's happening than wonder. Bring a friend, bring a sibling.
Questions on pricing
We keep it simple and fair. Call or text 269-355-2903 and we'll talk you through what fits your family.

Youth Boxing
Where your kid learns to throw a real punch. Footwork, stance, defense, conditioning, and discipline — taught the right way. Some kids will go on to compete. Most won't, and that's fine. The lessons translate over a lifetime, in and out of the ring.
Fight Team
For athletes who want to compete. Individual programs — you can't cheat the time put in. Following USA Boxing models, our team will get you fight-ready, mentally and physically. Fight prep includes strength & conditioning, weight management, and tactical study. Plus the Epic DogHouse Trips: travel, tournaments, and team-building beyond the gym.
Adult Boxing
Real boxing for adults — beginners welcome, experienced boxers pushed. Technique, sparring when you're ready, and conditioning at intensity. Specialty: athlete development and management using USA Boxing strategies. Whether you've never thrown a punch or you've been around the ring, you'll get coached up.
Morning Boxing Fitness
Boxing-style conditioning to start your day right. Strength, cardio, technique — no sparring required. Open to all fitness levels. Show up before the workday and leave sharper for it.
Homeschoolers Boxing
Mid-day boxing for homeschool families. Discipline, fitness, focus — perfect for breaking up the school day with real movement. Same fundamentals as our youth program, on a schedule that works for homeschoolers.
Epic DogHouse Trips
Travel to tournaments. Team building beyond the gym. Exposure that builds confidence and broadens perspective. A defining part of the program for our young athletes.
